12:57PM Halliburton responds to Judicial Watch lawsuit (HAL) by Michael Baron Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. The suit alleges fraudulent accounting practices at Halliburton took place during the period when current vice president Dick Cheney served as its chairman and CEO. Halliburton called the claims in the suit, "untrue, unsupported, and unfounded." The company continued: "We are working diligently with the SEC to resolve its questions regarding the company's accounting procedures. Halliburton has always followed and will continue to follow guidelines established by the SEC and GAAP, General Accepted Accounting Principles."

The revealation of the Chinese scandal of contribution money to the Democrat Party was the result of Judicial Watch's lawsuits against the Clintons and Democrats .
Larry Klayman had personally offered to help me over the air with an issue with the FEC against the network news liberal bias. I had the idea to file a complaint with the FEC lead counsel (attorney Walsh )against the network news channels , complaining that in being liberal bias they should have to file as political action committees because in essence , in their bias ( and because their newscasters don't say they are liberal or Democrat , but show it by their bias ) the network news channel should have to file with the FEC as political action commitees because what they are doing in thier bias is giving free political ads to the Democrat Party.Political action committees have to file campaign of -year and election year financial contribution and expenditure reports with the FEC ( Federal Elections Commission )( for EVERY expenditure on political ads to office supplies to you name it ! ).
Larry Klayman liked the idea when I told it to him when he was a guest on George Putnam's radio program a few years ago . I was a caller to the program then . He asked me to call him and ask him to help me , and he would help me with it . I still think it is a good idea . - Sincerely , voa -davidk *** Voice Of Americaans *** Committees Of Correspondence PAC , VOA/COC/PAC , P.O. Box 5053 , Anaheim CA 92814
