12:57PM Halliburton responds to Judicial Watch lawsuit (HAL) by Michael Baron Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. The suit alleges fraudulent accounting practices at Halliburton took place during the period when current vice president Dick Cheney served as its chairman and CEO. Halliburton called the claims in the suit, "untrue, unsupported, and unfounded." The company continued: "We are working diligently with the SEC to resolve its questions regarding the company's accounting procedures. Halliburton has always followed and will continue to follow guidelines established by the SEC and GAAP, General Accepted Accounting Principles."

Have you been taking Mo1's cold medicine. I wouldn't take Mo1's cold medicine. She's my friend. I might take borrow a shopping cart, if I could get free cigs out of the deal.
To: Amelia
Let's just use my HUGE suiycase... on wheels. : - )
To: terilyn
The college students just walk into the polling places and take stacks of ballots and vote over and over and over. They just do it for free? Don't they know if they pretended to be homeless, they could get free cigs?
And they think they know everything.....
To: nopardons
That'll work!
To: Amelia
I don't think anybody told them about the free cigs for votes deal. Otherwise some of them might have opted for that instead.
I'm sure they will be wiser in the next election. After all, most of them are on budgets. Why vote for free if there are cigs to be had?
To: Amelia; Mo1
We really should let FIJC know about this though. She is a college student in Wisconsin. She might be able to take advantage of one of these two great deals.
I have no idea, however, whether she owns a shopping cart or not.
To: terilyn
Well, then she'd best " borrow " one; she can't use my suitcase on wheels.

You'd have to be a blind-homeless-on cold medicine-lazy-complaining-derelict-shopping cart stealing-multiple voting-college student not to be able to find a keg party in Wisconsin.
To: nopardons
You are so selfish LOL!
To: terilyn
She might be able to take advantage of one of these two great deals. I don't think she's smoke the cigarettes.
She could sell them in NY to finance some of Larry's lawsuits, though.

Keeping on the topic of daughters and underwear here...
One of the worst battles we ever had at my house happened when daughter #2 wore daughter #1's Saturday underwear on Friday. Come Saturday it was in the laundry.
You would not believe the crying and screaming that went on LOL!
To: terilyn; All
OMG .. there REALLY is no hope for me
With that .. I am off to bed so that I can pretend to be a good mom in the morning and ignore my kids so they can grew up and sue me

I don't think so either, but think of the money that could be made for Larry.
You never know, if things don't start picking up on the fundraising front, this might be a viable alternative.

Sweet dreams to you too. I'm right behind you. Well, not literally!
To: terilyn
Wonder how many votes one would have to casted to get enough cigarettes to pay Larry's salary?
To: Mo1
