RAWALPINDI – Accountability Court Rawalpindi
No. 2 Judge Mansoor Ali Khan on Tuesday awarded three years rigorous imprisonment in absentia to former premier Benazir Bhutto and her frontman Jean Schelegal Milch in ARY Gold Reference for wilfully abscoding the court proceedings and also issued their perpetual arrest warrants.
The court also ordered confiscation of her immovable property under Section 31-A of NAB Ordinance.
