I really feel that he has the early form of something, perhaps Parkinson's. I am sure the stress exacerbates it.

I am in agreement with you on that. Also...any story on drug use as a young adult? Recoverers from drug use can also shake.

Two days later DVD was at Westerfield's home selling Girl Scout cookies. Where was the jacket? She and brother went outside. Went in Motorhome maybe?

So far it has been established that the MH was at Keith Sherman's from sometime in Dec. after DW's last trip until the morning of Feb. 1. It remains to be seen if Feldman will introduce evidence that the MH was at DW's house between the dog scratch and Feb.1, but so far testimony is that it was not.

Dusek can't figure out that DW did this project at the park cuz it was roomier - after all he was adding a tent like room to the side of the RV. But....wasn't the RV bought in summer of 2001?

Question on the prints in the motor home..

How could a bound child (we must assume she was bound..) leave prints anywhere? I would suspect if she was untied at any time she would have fought or tried to run..on single print (in that location especialy) makes no sense ....unless it had been there a long time and "missed " during regular cleaning..

I couldn't agree more. Either he's been fighting these demons for a long time and finally snapped or he's just plain innocent. There is no sense that he's some heartless killer. He shows too much shame, something psycho killers of little girls don't have.

Why is Dusek asking all these irrelevant questions? Feldman must be letting Dusek drone so the jury can see just how desperate Dusek is to find something to hand his hat on. Dusek should just ask a few questions and let her off the stand.

I believe accidental is the most likely..so why not just call the police and say she fell down the stairs?

Anyone that knows the law here knows they would have had to do an autopsy.....and an autopsy would have revealed sexual abuse.....

She did leave prints. The question is, when were they put there? I have no idea how she was restrained, but I agree, she would have had to be. And there is no evidence yet that she was ever in that MH voluntarily. Awaiting further defense witnesses.

Nothing is making sense about this crime.

You all see this beautiful witness, she lived at DW's home with her Mom and little baby boy...How come no one asks her "Did Dave ever try and molest you?"...

DW had a bunch of nice friends and acquaintances, no wonder he stared at the VD party girls at the bar...they were, to him, a bunch of cheap, slutty, tramps. He wanted nothing further to do with them...yukky!
