Bravo, sir, bravo!
First round of .44 Magnum I ever fired was through a Bicentennial New Model Super Blackhawk. Could not wait 'til morning. Touched it off at night into a 50 ft. high dirt pile, so it was safe to do so. The noise...the flash...I will never forget it. The barrel was inscribed, (quoting from memory):
"Made in the 200th year of American liberty"
It was intense!
RIP Mr. Ruger.
