OK, caltrop -- Now, what's wrong with THIS effort by Gov. Bush? (LOL...) :)

If it's sufficiently efficient (ratio of state employees and costs divided by the number of people placed in private sector jobs), probably nothing's wrong with it. Hopefully, there's a lot right about it. If, however, it's a case of fifty employees, office costs and leases, etc. for every person placed in a job, then it's merely another government program.
