It is intended to demonstrate how fascistic our society has become, being that one cannot even poke fun at the lunacy of political correctness. Further, in reading the gudielines, I have not used profanity ( got close). Nor attacked any individual other than to make fun of public figures, who are considered to be fair game under the law.

Al Daghma, appointed by Arafat to be the new minister of Justice, said :
"This constitution fits for the Palestinian authority, and once an independent democratic state is established, there will be a new permanent constitution..."

To replace the old permanent constutition, I guess.
