New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly says the Fourth of July incident at Los Angeles International Airport, in which an Egyptian man shot and killed two persons at the ticket counter of Israel's El Al airline, "could very well" have been an act of terrorism.

I for one am oddly comforted that the Feds are being very cautious as to who the label a "terrorist" until they meet the clear definitions of the Patriot Act.

My thoughts exactly. They want the holiday weekend to wind up, then they will have a sudden change of heart Monday when everybody is back at work: "By golly, it sure was terrorism. How about that?!"
