Then they are recruited by a terrorist organization, given training in what to do, and then sent off to do a particular job for the terrorist organization whether it be that Martyrs Bridgade that Arafat controls, Islamic Jihad, Hizbullah, or some other group. Occasionally a nut case might do his own solo thing but then he would be more likely to use a gun or grenade or other weapon of convenience.
That is certainly what we're learning from the nutjob authorities and the brainless fools who "report" the news.
The only exception to their "isolated incident" mantra is when two homicide bombers work together so the second bomber can try to kill the rescue workers. The FBI, however, would call this type of attack a coincidence.
