What is odd (perhaps scary) to me is that they are so intent on not calling this attack "terrorism" that they are putting "hate crime" at the top of their motive list. Even though, as you point out, the perp was of the religion of peace.

I've always been led to believe that white males are the only creatures on the planet capable of such behavior.
