The student's parent or guardian must ensure that the student takes all required statewide assessments. The student may take the required tests at a location and time provided by the school district. According to the above from my post #69, the state gives the assessments; the parents are required to bring the children as directed.
Are you sure the FLA voucher children are not being assessed?
