Hey, if you want a soldier to pray for, I've got an 18 year old son in Army Basic Training right now........you can read about him in my article "A Very Different Kind of Summer" if you're interested (link on my homepage).

I read your article. He sounds like a wonderful son. I know you are very proud.
Basic training is no picnic.
I certainly will pray for him...and his mom and dad;o).
I know a little about this. Hubby was a Naval aviator in Viet Nam.
