Does the gal in the blue shirt with the Glock even have a right arm?

You can see a little bit of her left hand below her belt between her and the deputy to her left.

So do we have a no right armed PC/affirmative action cop on the scene?

The woman does have a right arm. Its just extended directly towards the camera, and she either holding something black or wearing black gloves.

Look at post #772. Its the same woman.
