The FBI has issued a ''very vague'' alert warning that people with ties to terrorist groups are downloading images of U.S. stadiums from the Internet, an agency official said Wednesday.

If these "people with ties to terrorist groups" are in the U.S., would it be too much to ask the FBI to arrest/deport these people?
