What part of "So easy to use, no wonder it is #1!" said anything about being reliable? ;)

LOL! AOL is ITSELF the problem. I cancelled my AOL account 2 years ago and keep checking my e-mail to see when they shut down my account, which for some reason they never did. I finally got a bill for 2 months usage ($40+), and called to see why they still had my account open. They said because you kept accessing your e-mail. ROTFLMAO! I told them to shut down my account that instant. I've got Earthlink now; not perfect, but compared to AOL, it sure seems like it. The best dialup ISPs are AT&T, Earthlink, and a distant 3rd, MSN, if you need any recommendations. DSL and Cable are faster and better of course, but some of us only need a dial-up connection. If so, make sure that AOL is NOT one of your choices. It's nothing but a headache, no matter how many free hours you get in that deal.....
