In a sense no news here: we knew the Left has lock on Hollywood money. But the libertine lifestyles in La La land make it more understandable as to why they hate Republicans for not being without qualms on abortion. Also, it's interesting how all this Hollywood enviro money goes to anti-resource-development groups that make us more dependent on Saudis. This, at the same time the Hollywood folks claim they're pro-Israel. How does Israel benefit from US relying on Arab oil?

You're giving them too much credit for thought. Oil has nothing to do with it -- they're pro-Israel because so many Hollywood bigs are Jewish.

And they're pro-enviro for the same reason they're actors: because it's easier to pretend something without consequence than to accept the consequences of real life.

People like Bing are so incredibly rich that they will literally be immune to whatever consequences their politics might produce. $10/gal gas? No problemo -- he can afford it, plus which, he'll have the freeways all to himself!

... you mean Ms. Hurley cares more for a man's money than his personality? I weep with disillusionment...

Apparently this cad wanted Elizabeth Hurley to have an abortion, then when she refused, he implied that she screwed around with other men, and that he wasn't her child's father! This guy is a world-class jerk.

Yeah, and now his people say he's "distraught" if he can't have close contact with his newborns.

This proves my point - never allow a man to have what he doesn't pay for!! By "pay for" - I mean he has to have some responsibility for what he's doing. Women who sleep with just any guy (because he has money, fame or he's good looking) are just fooling themselves. I feel more sorry for the child who now has to deal with a dad who didn't want him in the first place; who doesn't want to support him; who will probably not have much contact with him - sad, very sad; and ... how damaging will this be to the child's physche??. When will women get it??
