I would suggest they start with why no mention of the cop who called by defense, asked one question,objection, sidebar, and then dismissed without answering the question.
I dont see much mention of that.
Local coverage said that the appeals court overturned the judge's decision to not allow defense to copy some of the porn.
It was also mentioned that the prosecution's thumbnail picture that was touched upon yesterday could be exculpatory in that it showed Westerfield NOT sweating. FWIW folks. :)
