Asking about his notes on review of matter...where are they....provided to defense to his knowledge...no knowledge it given to prosecution.....most of the notes was screen prints faxed or fedx'd..then phone consult.

Is it possible that Neil downloaded the stuff on his computer and then e-mailed it to himself or uploaded it to the web-based storage. Then using his dad's computer downloaded the files to burn the cd or make a zip because he did not have a cd burner or zip drive? Does anyone know the hardware config beyond DW's (dad's) having a cable modem?
