Do we know the name of the band that played at Dad's on 2/1 and especially the name of Keith Stone's friend, who is a member of the band?

I answered part of my own question. Apparently Keith's friend's first name is Chris. What is his last name and what is the name of the band?

The band was F/X.....member was Chris somebody, I think.
