The Prosecution certainly has "embellished" the evidence, haven't they?

DW is more embarrassed by his son's porno, than the Van Dams are/were about their deviant, amoral SWINGING sex life...go figure.

Judge Mudd should throw this case out, and go after the real perps..Start the investigation again.

Police were downloading files on 2/4, but warrants were not executed until 2/5 (according to CTV reporter)

The one plus about this trial is that it will open the eyes of honest people who used to think that prosecutors are basically honest and would never accuse someone of a crime if they really didn't have probable cause of the evidence to back it up.

If the prosecution has not engaged in prosecutorial misconduct yet, and I think they have, they are getting very close. Those who have a low opinion of criminal defense attorneys obviously have no experience with dishonest prosecutors, which is an even bigger problem. After all, the only job of a defense attorney is to make sure the prosecutor does his. If the evidence is there, the accused will be convicted unless the prosecutor is totally incompetent. If the defense attorney doesn't force the prosecutor to do his job, innocent people get sent to prison, an all too common occurance.

Remember the time during the prosecutions presentation of its case and Feldman made the comment about there being "only 14" pornographic pictures and then there was a hearing in which the judge ruled the prosecutor could introduce all the pornography?

Some thought that Feldman made a huge error, but I had mentioned that someone of Feldman's qualifications and experience would not make such an major 'mistake' and that he did it for a reason.

I think today's testimony confirms my earlier evaluation. Feldman has successfully ambushed the prosecutor and the prosecutor will not be able to effectively respond. Dusek must feel like crawling under the table. How much more embarassing can it get? As bad as this is, I think Feldman has a lot more up hius sleeve.
