Remember how BVD testified that she and the boys and Danielle went to DW's house on a cookie-selling adventure, and he invited them in? Okay, we saw (at least it looked like from pics posted) that the places where the spots had been taken from DW's green jacket were near the shoulder area. What if the jacket had been hanging over a chair back, and little Danielle had a small scrape/hangnail/scab and she touched the coat while it was on the back of the chair?

Just an idea.

If you catch a judge, prosecutor, or sheriff commiting crimes, they will stand together and do ANYTHING in order to cover-up the crimes and to even prevent you from getting in front of a jury or an honest judge. I've been fighting such a battle for the past 3.5 years, but I will finally prevail by the end of this year. It's been hell, but worth it; because someone has to stand up and take on these tyrants, and God has given me the intellect, courage, and will to do it, not matter what the results.

Those who have a low opinion of criminal defense attorneys obviously have no experience with dishonest prosecutors, which is an even bigger problem.

Corrupt police and prosecutors are the BIGGEST problem facing our justice system today. We don't have a problem with guilty people going unpunished, but rather with corrupt police and prosecutors who go out of their way to prosecute people whom they know are innocent because it makes them look good.

I hope DW's attorney files an ethics complaint against him with the California Bar.

No flames here. If I recall correctly, didn't Danielle have problems with nose bleeds? If so, and since the the MH was in storage when Danielle came over to sell cookies, that could explain how some of her hairs ended up in his dryer lint trap. If DW provided a white towel to help sop up the blood, it would also explain the bleach.

I agree with jrabbit. When & if Feldman "proves Neal to be the CHILD MOLESTOR that he is", is the prosecution going to suggest an alternative motive in mid-trial? Whatever will stick to the proverbial wall.

I talked to a friend of mine two years ago who said this software can recover data that has been written over at least seven times.

I suspect Feldman's expert is going to cause a great deal of embarassment for the prosecution. Wonder how many times LE personnel viewed the porn and showed it to others while 'searching' the files? This could get fun.

A question Feldman and crew might ask is; What preparations were made of LE computers to ensure there is no CROSS-CONTAMINATION of files from previous investigations BEFORE DW's files are copied onto the LE computers for analysis ?

In otherwords, what if LE computers had porn images on the hard disks from previous investigations that were not thoroughly erased before DW's hard disk images were copied onto those same LE hard disks ? Is it possible LE investigators were counting some porn as belong to DW but in fact it belonged to someone else from a previous case ?

Just a thought.
