So they THREW IN THE TRASH CAN Military Votes, but let these despicable "citizens" vote not only TWICE for Gore, but also for Hillary!??
1. Give them criminal records!!!

3. Lock them up!

They will all be classified as "not remembering anything" about voting twice. They cannot read directions.
