not well enough to make it likely that she would cross the street (which her parents didn't allow) and browse through his MH.

Either you are watching CTV or not watching the trial at all.

I don't mean to be mean, but the idea that "her parents didn't allow" something has been shown to be nothing more than Brenda's attempt to cover for not paying much attention to her child. Brenda and Damon told police Danielle COULD NOT GET OUT THE GATE. That was a LIE. The boys told police DANIELLE COULD and DID.

Today in court there was an issue with a witness who SAVED one of the VD boys. COuld this have been because the boy was not supervised? We don't know for sure. We weren't allowed to hear the details.

I am watching some TV of the trial but I don't watch it that much. I never purported to know all that went on in court. I thought I made it clear that I am forming my opinions on all I have gleaned about the case, from whatever source, both in and out of court. That includes what Brenda van Dam has said, whether you dismiss it as a lie or not. I am not a lawyer nor am I trying to be one. And apparently it needs to be said again, this is not a court of law.

Well, what I heard was that about two weeks ago the neighbor across the street from Westerfield saw the youngest boy run out across the street to get his ball. This woman (witness) said that Brenda was NOT out in the front yard and that the witness, went downstairs and helped the child across the street because he looked like a he was scared. I guess that you could say that she saved him.

Regardless whether or not she saved him, the fact remains that the child was out in thefront yard without supervision.

Heck, I don't know, I think that if my child was kidnapped and found dead, I certainly would be a bit more careful about the other two. Wouldn't you?
