Kudos to the Evergreen Freedom Foundation for taking on one of the most arrogant, unapologetically partisan branches of the NEA in the entire country.

However, court records show the Washington, D.C.-based union was served on April 23, meaning the 60-day clock ran out last week. LOL!!! NEA lawyers must be too stupid to know the "answer clock" starts on the date the complaint is served, not the date that the affidavit of service is received by the clerk of court. This is funny! They must have looked at the "FILED" date.
