July 2, 2002 -- ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Accused Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui expressed kinship with Osama bin Laden in court filings unsealed yesterday - and said the government's case against him is based on unproven speculation that bin Laden was the mastermind of the attacks.
