July 2, 2002 -- JERUSALEM - Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, defending Israel's killing of a top Hamas bomb-maker, said yesterday that "there is no compromise with terror."
Sharon called the killing of Muhaned Taher on Sunday "a very important operation" to eliminate "a murderer who committed the most horrific crimes."

"Our people cannot forget the blood of their heroes," said
Ismail Abu Shanab, a spokesman for the terrorist group.
Mr. Shanab should quickly enter the ranks of martyrs courtesy of the IDF.

Just didn't kill enough Hamas members by a factor of 10,000.

Well it seems Israel has the same problem that America has. Politicians, consumed by their own ambitions, undermining the current administration's war on terror.

Ben-Eliezer called for establishment of a Palestinian state on the Gaza Strip and most of the West Bank and said dismantling some Jewish settlements would be inevitable. HERE IS WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Ben-Eliezer... what are you doing. You, now, have just given Arafat reason not to stop the suicide bombing... All he has to do is continue on... and hope you are elected Prime Minister. You will give him everything he wants. He will use the West Bank to launch more attacks because now he just wants a little piece of the Negev, or just a little of Galilee.
And why shouldn't he take it, you nancy boy... you appeaser... you'll do anything for peace. Even hand over the Knesset if IT MEANS YOU GET TO SIT IN THE BIG CHAIR.
My word... you're too stupid and traitorous to be Prime Minister. Netanyahu in 2003!

They really wanted this guy. First they riddled the house with machine-gun fire, then they blew it up and finally bulldozed it. Good job.
