One is building a submarine in his garage and several others practice "geo-caching," a form of treasure-hunting using satellite communications systems. Translation = nerds..........

Are you sure you didn't get this story from The Onion?
I've got to wonder why a chicken hypnotist needs an $1800 bicycle for her act.
The whole idea of hypnotising chickens has always struck me as bizarre. It just seems to easy. You can kill a chicken with a sudden loud noise, it shouldn't be to hard to hypnotize one.
If someone could hypnotise a hippopotamus, now, that would be something. I san see the banner now: HURRY! SEE HARRY THE HIPPO HYPNOTIST! Try saying that fast.

....star act consisted of hypnotizing chickens and making them play the piano. That is something I would pay to go see. I won't pay very much. but I'll pay.

Texans Chip in to Rescue Stranded Chicken-HypnotistI admit to being somewhat of a nerd and having played with geo-cacheing but I am NOT building a submarine in my garage AND I don't empathize with a chicken-hypnotist.

I bet it's hard to peck out a living that way.
