What is a hat cam?

The hat cam is the camera that was attached to the hat or helmut (I can't recall which) of a witness at Silver Strand where DW required assistance to tow out his stuck motorhome. The camera took pictures which clearly showed the curtains on DW's motorhome OPEN and contrary to what you stated in your comments.
