ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) During the time American-born Taliban John Walker Lindh says he was being held in ''torturous conditions'' and denied access to a lawyer, he was telling his story ''to anyone and everyone who would listen,'' prosecutors said Monday.

This is key. He turned down Spann and the uprising started shortly thereafter.
We could have a pool to see how long he lasts if acquitted.

Because the USMilitary and the CIA are not as ruthless as they are potrayed.
I say hand him over to the Northern Alliance or the Indians. He said he fought in Kashmir on that CNN interview tape.
