Terrorists don't take brakes... they are trying to inflict carnage 24 hrs a day. Thier threats don't indicate a new risk but only a reminder that Islamists don't belong in a civilized world.

Oh, yeah--Fatah is Arafat's own group, along with Tanzim & Al Aqsa Martyr's Brigades and a few others.
