Brig. Gen. David Tzur and Minister of Interior Security Uzi Landau met with U.S. officials Thursday in the hope of creating a new office to fight terrorism.

The office, to be in Washington, would monitor an almost instantaneous communications link between the proposed U.S. Department of Homeland Defense and the Israeli government on matters of homeland security. Visa policies, terrorist profiles and virtually all other internal security data

If a Muslim country also wishes to share its strategies for fighting terror, we will be just as receptive," he added.

LOL! A suggestion: kick the PLO delegation out of DC and use their office space. (I'm sure the landlord won't mind, since the Pali's have a history of not paying the rent.)

That would really have CAIR frothing at the mouth.
(But, of course, FBI Director Mueller would first have to clear it with the American Muslim Council. </sarcasm)

"It's bizarre beyond belief," said Ibrahim Hooper of the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations. "It would suggest to us an 'Israelization' of American politics.

"What message is sent when our legislators begin tying our national security to a foreign country engaged in a brutal occupation? Is it Israel and America against the rest of the world?" Mr. Hooper asked.

Isn't this Mr. Hooper the fat guy who is always on Fox News defending the Palestinians? I love it when apologists for terror squirm.

If we are " learning" from Israel re: terrorists, let's say a terrorist group happens to be in my neighborhood, am I to expect bulldozers blazing down our streets doing their thing?

Oh, and BTW, IMO Israel doesn't seem to be doing such a great job of stopping terrorists, are they ! After awhile you would think they would " see " their errors ??????
