Can't wait to hear who the mystery witness might be....if it is not the prosecution calling Faulkner...WHY??..the police usually send the bug info to him...this time he came to the autopsy....why won't the prosecution call him but the defense will.

Rheo, the Prosecution can't really rely on Faulkner's honest testimony. The man has to testify truthfully, and wouldn't compromise his expertise to satisfy the DA.

Look for the DA to place emphasis on him being a "paid" witness for the Defense, assuming he "charges" for his service.

RN, I suck it up on CTV and get past Nancy Grace by pushing the mute button. She's usually done with her melodramatics by the time the trial starts; and a new person takes her place. It's my only source to view the trial with my Web TV.

Getting my errands done, so I'll be caught up for tomorrow! We wait..sw
