Due to conflicting business, I'm running late tonight.  The game won't go up until 7:45 to 8:00 p.m. p.d.t.

Yesterday one person asked for a recheck of the standings based on the perception that day two and day three standings were identical.  I stated that I'd check and repost the standings earlier today, but was unable to.

By 8:30 p.m. p.d.t. this evening, I will have researched carfully the standings and posted them.

Standings are based on finishing places each day.

Example:  Player 7 placed 1st, 5th, 8th, 2nd and 3rd.  His total score would be 19.  His overal place would depend on the other's overal score.  The lowest scores place higher in the contest.

Thanks for playing.  I have another contest in mind that I think you'll enjoy more than this one.

One of the reasons I like football is because you can tackle the man with the ball, stopping him from advancing. Baseball, like this game, has so many unknown variables.
Are you sure you don't have somewhere else to be later tonight? {;^)

Folks, I tried a new method of developing the game for tonght. Things seemed to go well for a while, but the effort failed. I ran into a few problems and basicly screwed the whole thing up.

Rather than waste all our time for another 45 minutes or so, I'm going to call this tonight.

On Monday evening we'll have a new contest with at least four clues.

I applogize for the problem. I will post the current standings through game four in just a few minutes.
