Much is made of the fact that the House and Senate employ a chaplain, pray before daily session, etc. However, note that this occurs by the consent of the people involved. They have a vote. Whereas public school children have no choice in what was going on.

Whereas public school children have no choice in what was going on. That's bull and you know it. Any child can refuse to say the pledge if he wishes. Some children even choose to say it incorrectly ("for witches' stands...."). ;)
