The ruling on Wednesday by a three-judge panel in San Francisco said having children recite the Pledge in public schools violates the Constitution because the Pledge refers to "one nation under God."

But Judge Alfred T. Goodwin, who wrote the majority opinion in the 2-1 ruling, signed an order yesterday staying enforcement until the entire court decides whether to hear an appeal that the Justice Department promised yesterday.

"In the face of nationwide, near-unanimous outrage"
If so--it's about time!
"But that didn't stop the outrage that boiled across the nation"
And where was this boiling outrage when the nation twice elected a psychopath to the U.S. presidency and then applauded and laughed at his antics--including rape, perjury, and wag-the-dog bombing?
"The decision wasn't even popular in San Francisco. Both city newspapers, the Chronicle and the Examiner..."
And where were these people? Why this anti-"Liberal" turn at this late date?

Such people are aware, of course, that their reckless "Liberalism" is directly responsible for the September 11 Massacre!

Americans had better repudiate "Liberalism" and all that it stands for--come to their senses--and rise above decadence. It's almost too late!

Exactly my point, how much further proof do people need to see that it's the democrats who hate this country, it's beginnings and what it stands for?

These people are so suffused with decadence they cannot resist dragging our country and all people down into hell along with themselves. My opinion of them could not be worse.

Rep. Mike Honda (D-CA) for San Jose said during his campaign "It would be an honor" to represent you, uttering the words like a samurai. The moon-faced runt wouldn't know honor if it bit him in his fat face.
