This morning I heard that Pali spokesmen were assuring the Isrealis that there were no more Palistinians hiding in the compound, apparently in hopes that would end the standoff. Looks like Isreal took them at their word and blew up the compound.... perfect.

Israeli forces blew up the fortresslike Palestinian headquarters today, leaving only rubble and apparently ending their 4-day-old standoff with wanted Palestinians who the army says were holed up insideROFLMAO. Apparently? Yeah, I guess. I suppose if you turn their headquarters into a pile of rubble it would have the effect of ending any standoffs with individuals inside.
