Yes, there is an unnamed individual who also lives in the same trailer park as Ricci.
Apparently they're zeroing in on Ricci, and they think this unnamed guy, while not a suspect, may know something about it.
This from Fox News with Shephard Smith at about 6:00 PM CDT.
