What could St. John possibly know about "Corporate Governance Reform"? Oh, I get it , its the magic word, REFORM. You gotta understand, in his little brain, St. John is in change of all REFORM in Congress. Without hearing what he`s going to say,bet you that this so called "reform" will increase the cost of biz, increase the size of government, and won`t work.

The NY Times probably needs one of those "principled "Republicans to get corporate america to clean up its act,all the while giving the grandstander free air time, once again.
