Not to appear totally blind, but, where's the six billion figure noted?
Don't worry your eyes are fine, it's not in this article. The figure the dems wanted was about 6 bil more, to be used for their usual pink objectives. If you can't find it here or on Google let me know and I'll try to hunt it down for you.
