Students needing TP and toweling are handed it as they enter. This is what happens in the THIRD WORLD. And this is only an elementary school. &;-)
At one elementary school, young girls kept trying out lipstick and leaving lip prints all over the bathroom mirrors. The principal and the janitor, after numerous trying unsuccessful campaigns, called a special meeting of the girls.
They were assembled in the bathroom where the janitor demonstrated how the girls were making extra work for him: dipping his mop in a nearby toilet, he proceeded to shop them how he had to scrub the mirrors. After this one short demonstration, the problem never occurred again.
