The pledge is socialist bs anyway. Hopefully this will be the end of it.
For those who are shocked about the socialist origins, look it up for yourself. Use google - it will take you ten minutes, tops.

I don't care if someone found it in a box of CrackerJacks. The Pledge is very well worded and has the true meaning of patriotism. It should be required of every person that attempts to become a citizen of our great nation.
There is no pledge to others, no pledge to any community or collective. It is to the very republic that guarantees you your liberty.....

For those who are shocked about the socialist originsNo, no, no, you've got your talking points mixed up. Its "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" that your looney-tune camp believes is socialist.

Would you like to back up any of your arguments with proof?
Or should we just swallow this propaganda like good liberals?
And you would not consider this court ruling socialist?

"The pledge is socialist bs anyway. Hopefully this will be the end of it." The phrase that makes this unconstitutional is "Under God"....
This ruling is INSANE!

The pledge is socialist bs anyway. Yeah? So when have cultural conservatives ever been against socialism???? They object to certain flavors of socialism, but not to socialism that fits their cultural agenda.

It was the creation of a Baptist socialist as I recall, but the K of C made it "unconstitutional" by getting "under God" included.

If so, when it was revised to say "UNDER GOD" by Congress it was redeemed from any such origination.

The pledge is socialist bs anyway. Hopefully this will be the end of it. Wow! Over 1000 posts already. No wonder our country is in the shape it's in. Our constitution has been trashed, our rights trampled, freedoms revoked, and THIS is what gets "conservatives" riled up? The plegde of allegiance? It really is all over. I'm just waiting for the giant meteor now.
