There is no centralized means of reporting illegals.

I wish I could be of help. Mostly I complain and crack wise about the way things are. I'm ready to vote if anyone or anything worth voting for comes along and will vote anyway. I will sign petitions, circulate them, call Congress-weasels, call Congress-weasels weasels and occasionally donate to a 2nd Ammend. group.
