No, I'm not talking about another "surprise" attack on the 4th of July. I'm talking about the national debt limit, again.
Where are the government shutdowns? When are the "nonessential" federal employees going to be sent home on another temporary paid-later vacation? Remember Newt and Bob, in December of 1995, being interviewed almost daily about their "Contract with America?"
We are only days away from Friday, June 28, when the month of June officially ends and it's time for the government to close the books on another month of double bookkeeping.
That's the deadline that the Secretary of the Treasury and the President told us we dare not pass without another raise to the national debt ceiling, the day when the country risks default.

Here's why you fellow Americans MUST hand over more of your pay for this so-called conservative administration and Pubbie Congress: more spending: more pork barrel projects, more media disinformation & spin,
more taxation, more political correctness, more studies & more hearings,
more borrowing, more indecisiveness, more bad accounting practices,
more regulation, more "feel good" laws, more unethical revelations,
more new laws, more legislative gridlock, more finger pointing & blaming others,
more confiscations, more political rantings, more talk of ethics being important,
more poor people, more Wall Street scandals
more subsidies, more govt reorganizations, more political promises to be broken. And not one VETO by this president to cut spending & no Klintoon or Enron or Global Crossing or Martha Stewart will be held accountable.
