If they could tell their story with honesty and integrity and the kind of intelligence they both have
are you f**king kidding me

PUBLISHERS who paid $12 million for the rights to Bill Clinton’s memoirs say the former US president has barely put pen to paper. Be still my heart.
The idiots that shelled out 12 mil actually thought he was going to write something?
If there's a Darwin Award for publishers, these people should get it ;-)

even when he is finished I would be quite suprised if they would recoup that 12 million

..."If mine is second, it won’t be so I can see what she says and counter it," he added...What an absolutely bizarre 'marriage'.

How can Bill, Hill, or any of the Clintonistas write their
memoirs when they demonstrated for eight years time and again
their inability to recall or remember, along with their
propensity for redacting the facts. May they all develop
early dementia ----

This is cool! And, totally expected.I believe they ought to play the theme from "Shaft" (without the words, of course)whenever the SOB comes into a room.

When these books finally hit the shelves, I will wait until I have a cold with a headful of mucus before opening one.
To: redsoxallthewayintwothousand2
Even when it's in the bargain bin they would have to pay me to look at either one of those books.

Only Clinton could burn through a $12 million advance without having written one darned page.

The idiots that shelled out 12 mil actually thought he was going to write something?IMHO I don't believe that they care one way or another. I believe the publisher was a front, to put 12 mil into Clinton's hands, from other sources which was a pay-off for favors while in office.
Perhaps if someone scrutinized the publisher's books they might find an unexplainable infusion of 12 mil into their accounts just prior to their advance to Clinton.

You are actually going to buy one of these books? I would never give them the satisfaction. I might read one that I found at the dump but never will I BUY one.

No, no, no. I will just preview the books at the store about the time I feel a sneeze coming on.

If they could tell their story with honesty and integrity A book by William Jefferson Clinton and a book by Hillary Clinton will sell. The reason they will sell is because in order for them to write their respective books they must collaborate with each other. The two stories must jive. The content of either book must support the validity of the other book.
How much is revealed depends on how gutsy the author. The writers are facing vast potential for error.
I assert that the writers will not be allowed to reveal in one book that which cannot be collaborated in the other book. Since neither book is written they must collaborate in order to know how to begin.
We shall see.

That is exactly the way I see it too. Along with the money he gets from most of his "speeches".

No wonder Hillary is almost finished with her book. She just hired a better ghost writer (a ghost writer who needed money desperately, I'd guess). If anyone thinks she wrote it herself - ha!
To: MosesKnows
they must collaborate with each other. The two stories must jive. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Mr Dictionary to the rescue:
jive 2 a : glib, deceptive, or foolish talk
jibe : to be in accord : AGREE
Wait, I take that back. They do have to jive.

Very perceptive...and probably accurate.
