Thousands could face war crimes charges, says Hartmann
11:42
BELGRADE, Tuesday – According to estimates, between 4,000 and 16,000 people in the Balkans could be accused of war crimes, a spokeswoman for the Hague tribunal’s chief prosecutor has claimed, reports Beta news agency.
According to Beta, Florence Hartmann said the tribunal supported the establishment of a court council within the existing Bosnian state court that would take on war crimes trial.
The “big fish” are on trial in The Hague but the “small fish” are to be tried at the local level,” Beta quotes Hartmann as saying. (Beta)

Perhaps you will be happy when your Nazi friends open up the gas chambers and apply the final solution to the sub-human Serbs.

Please note KLA-Brit......
the guy is talking about Jihadist Bosnia......not Yugoslavia as for 10,000 war criminals, well that just about accounts for the KLA and most of Naser Oric's paramilitaries

this is just the ICTY trying to work up a little job security.....ever since GWB's White House called for the ICTY to be shut down ASAP, the prosecutors have been desperatly drumming up business.

You know what????hartman did NOT actually mention SERBS.....it could be that the Croats, Bosnians, Albanians and otheres that the court will attempt to gobble up next!!!! NOW that will be a turn. TEE HEE.
One more thing...I was told on Sunday by a relative of mine, that a Serb refugee in Florida, has been called to give a deposition against a Bosnian guard in a prisoner of war camp in which HUNDREDS of Serbs were killed or seriuosly injured.
My relative is marrying a refugee in Florida this Fall.

Since I'm a supporter of the swift elimination of all terrorists and those who harbor them (wherever they are), do you reckon I should voluntarily surrender?
To: ABrit; vooch; crazykatz
I guess NATO personnel should start getting good lawyers since the committed the majority of war crimes.

Would you be ready to see your soldiers go down for the role they played in Northern Ireland?

Some of our soldiers have broken the law, and have been tried, convicted, and jailed. Sorry to dissappoint you.

Is it a war crime to eliminate terrorists and those who harbor them?

Note that by the ICTY's own standards that being in a position of knowledge of war crimes and or having the ability to stop such crimes constitutes in itself a crime, the 'West' is partly responsible for the (real) Genocide in Rwanda. The US administration (and quite a few other goverments) at the time knew very well what was occuring but consistently refused to term the events as 'genocide' at various press conferences, preferring rather more measured phrases such as 'alleged/possible'. In a country were a minimum display of armed force would have massively curtailed the mass butchery, the 'West' chose to sit on its hands. It wasn't a called a silent genocide for no reason.
Still, as we know, genocide 'occured' in the Balkans by the Serbs, despite the reality on the ground completely contradicting this. This is 'Justice'.

"Is it a war crime to eliminate terrorists and those who harbor them?"
It's a crime to kill anyone except in self defence.
