Meaning what? Censorship is your friend, if only you have the guts to embrace it? No, thanks.

Meaning that the censorship imposed by nazi mob rule is going full blast at that site, and that they will not let up before booted off since they're not there to debate you in the first place.

Eh? How long since you've been there? And how long did you stay?

There's no censorship on that site, and never has been. There's a number next to the "in reply to" of your post that indicates how the mob (if you like) rated what you said. Both ends of certain ideological arguments rate each other down fiercely. It affects nothing at all but that little number (and that person's ability to rate other posts, but they pretty much cancel each other out).

The difference? When the ignorant, whey-faced moronorators on FR disapprove of a post, it disappears. Vanishes. Becomes a non-post. Sometimes a non-thread. Nobody gets to read it.

Honestly, if the LF system is a bit silly, the current FR way is just creepy.

Oh, nonsense. They're easy to ignore, and there aren't that many.

Grownups can handle living in a truly free society. In many ways, LF is an experiment remarkably akin to what a real-life libertarian society would be like. And I'm not a libertarian. Ultimately, I personally don't think libertarianism can fly (for long) - I much prefer the freedom of a Constitutional Republic. But one like the founders built, not like what we have today.

But that said, Liberty Forum, while not perfect, ain't half bad. Just tune out the ones you don't want to listen to - and stay off of threads where they hang out - and it's quite an enjoyable place to be.
