Well, any "R" is definitely better than any "D" and any "R" who actually wins a seat (thereby depriving control of the agenda from the "D") is definitely better than any "C" or "L" that has never won and never will win. My actually places a "D" like David Schippers over 50 something "R" senators....and nearly all current office holders in D.C. Of course, his "D" places him over virtually all other "D"s, too.
