June 25, 2002 -- A group of 9/11 victims' relatives said yesterday that former mayor Rudy Giuliani supports their vision for a "grand memorial" at Ground Zero.
Yesterday's closed-door meeting - the second with Giuliani since he left office - came less than two weeks after Mayor Bloomberg angered some victims' families by calling for a smaller memorial at the site, saying "less may be more."
