June 24, 2002 -- Americans are overwhelmingly in favor of assassinating Iraqi despot Saddam Hussein, a new poll reveals.

The Time/CNN poll revealed that 51 percent of Americans say the U.S. should whack Saddam, while 39 percent are opposed.

The poll also showed that Americans oppose U.S. strikes on terrorist nations that haven't attacked us but may be planning attacks.

39% are opposed. Pretty close to the 37% that were opposed to the American Revolution. These lefties have been out there since before I was born, and they still can't a truffle. Losers.

Right. Let's just hang out, like sitting ducks, until another few thousand Americans are killed.

Of course, these people will then blame the government for allowing this to happen.

This poll is a fraud. I'd say that 90% or more want him dead and have since the Gulf War. Most of those who don't want him dead are the same who are against the War on Terror such as extreme Islamists and flaming liberals.
