I am concerned about the types of questions Larry asked. Maybe I'd have to read the entire transcript to understand their relevance, but they're almost silly, don't you think?
God bless Don and Teri.
.
On the one hand, it could be relevant to a RICO-type allegation. Mob and organized crime.
On the other hand, does anyone remember the lawsuit against Montel Williams for sexual harassment? It started with reasonable allegations from two women who worked for him. Over time, the lawyer introduced more and more co-plaintiffs that were more and more absurd. The judge threatened t throw it out if he added another bizarre plaintiff to the suit. The lawyer did, and the judge threw it out. I always thought that Montel's people got to the lawyer and bribed him to make the case seem absurd and get it thrown out, to diffuse the reputation damage done to him better than a settlement could have.
Larry Klayman makes alot of noise, but who has ever been convicted by one of his actions? He seems like a ringer(?) or a shill(?), someone who files this and that to make us feel like something is being done, when nothing is. And once he takes legal action, nobody else can, so the case is lost permanently.
For Larry, suing IS fun. :-)
I agree with you. It almost seems as if LK was trying to give Rendell a favorable backlash in the media and in the eyes of the public.
Klayman is an ego maniac who will cause Don and Terri more harm than good.
